TOTALENERGIES MARKETING GHANA HOLDS ITS ANNUAL AUTHORIZED LUBRICANT DISTRIBUTOR SEMINAR (2024)

On the 23rd of February 2024, TotalEnergies Marketing Ghana PLC held its annual Lubricant Distributor’s Seminar at the Accra City Hotel, welcoming distributors from both Kumasi and Accra. Under the theme “Engage, Empower, Explore,” the seminar sought to reinforce the Company’s dedication to fostering collaborative partnerships, empowering distributors, and seeking innovative avenues for growth in the lubricants industry.
The event served as a platform for TotalEnergies Marketing Ghana PLC to reaffirm its commitment to delivering high-quality lubricants to its customers while reflecting on history and performance of the business over the years. An expert Economist from the University of Ghana, Dr. George Domfe, delivered a lecture on business strategies, enriching the seminar's educational component.
Addressing a critical concern, both the Managing Director and Lubricants Manager of TEMG PLC tackled the issue of counterfeit products in the market. Distributors were urged to remain vigilant and prevent the proliferation of fake goods, which could tarnish their reputations and that of the Company.
The seminar concluded with an Awards ceremony where top-performing distributors were recognized. Leumas Logistics, Bazaar, and Adluu Enterprise received silver awards, while B-Adams Company Ltd and Frank Gina Company Ltd received gold awards. Leumas Logistics was also honored as the Best qualitative sales distributor. Frank Gina Company Ltd, named the overall national best, received an all-expense-paid trip to Paris and a 4-ton truck, among other commendations. Frank Gina was also recognized as the most creditworthy distributor with the highest year-on-year growth, marking a celebratory end to the event.
